All ticket sales are final; no refunds. Please email us at events@bashar.org for ticket transfers. All attendees must have a ticket regardless of age. Bottled, non-alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the venue; no open containers or food. Video and/or audio recording of the event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

This public event is being filmed & recorded. Your likeness and/or voice may appear on the video or audio recording. In consideration for potentially appearing in the video or audio version of the above-named Bashar Channeling Event (“Event(s)") ticket holder hereby agrees, as of the date of purchase, to release and grant to Bashar Communications, Inc. and its associates, contractors, employees, assigns, distributors, publicists and all other authorized representatives (BCI), all rights in any form in perpetuity throughout the universe to all appearances, interviews and work performed in conjunction with the Event(s), and for the unlimited use of my likeness, image and voice for the purposes of promotion, sales, distribution, advertising, marketing and publicity in all media existing now or invented in the future in connection with the Event(s). Any credit, additional remuneration and/or decision to use the event footage generated by BCI during the course of this event and all related events is at the sole discretion of BCI.

Ticketholder also agrees to hold BCI harmless and blameless for any legal or other repercussions from any and all incidents or third party claims that may arise from the use of his or her image, likeness and voice in connection with the Event(s) and avows and attests that he or she has the legal right and authority to grant the rights listed herein to BCI.

If the individual making this transaction is purchasing tickets on another persons' behalf, said individual is confirming that they have the permission to provide consent to these Terms and Conditions on the others persons' behalf.
